Utah County won't file charges in deadly rollover

The Utah County Attorney's Office has determined that there is insufficient evidence to prosecute anyone involved in a rollover that killed a Brigham Young University football player last month.

The office made the decision after evaluating reports and physical evidence from the Sept. 29 accident that left Terrence Harvey dead. Attorneys also discussed the investigation and evidence with Harvey's family in Las Vegas.Harvey was a front-seat passenger in a Nissan Pathfinder driven by teammate Tony Fields that rolled on I-15 between Provo and Springville. The Utah Highway Patrol estimated the sport utility vehicle was traveling about 90 mph when Fields lost control. Harvey, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected.

Fields and another passenger, Roderick Foreman, both of whom wore seat belts, received minor injuries.
