Caption only: Driver will be OK despite colliding with speeding train

Crews work on a dump-truck driver who escaped critical injury Thursday after his vehicle collided with a train going 40 mph in south Provo. Brent Bybee, 35, Orem, was in satisfactory condition Friday morning at Utah Valley Regional hospital with back injuries. Bybee was eastbound on 1640 South when a locomotive slammed into the side of his truck at 4 p.m. A second train that was parked obscured Bybee's view, said Provo police. The first train's impact spun the truck around, tore off its hood and moved it 40 feet.
