Death: E. Mark Jeppson

E. Mark Jeppson, 55, former resident of Midvale, Utah, passed away Friday, October 24, 1997 in Apalachicola, Florida, of injuries received in a truck accident.

Mark was a native of Midvale, Utah, and had lived in Bristol and Blountstown, Florida, since 1981.He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served as a bishop in Midvale and in the Midvale Utah Stake Presidency. He also served as bishop of the Blountstown Ward and as president of the Panama City Florida Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors: wife, Orma Jean Jeppson, Bristol, Fla.; son, Matthew Rhett Jeppson, Tampa, Fla.; daughters, Rebecca Bladen, Tallahassee, Fla.; Tami Evans, Columbus, Ga.; Britt Day, Bristol, Fla.; six grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Trent G. Jeppson, Granite, Utah; Michael V. Jeppson, Bluffdale, Utah; Gayle Duncan, American Fork, Utah; Arlene Ashby, Sandy, Utah; Dana Lindsay, Kuna, Idaho; Christine Jeppson, Salt Lake City, Utah; Suzanne Burke, Midvale, Utah; Delores Poulton, Orem, Utah.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bristol, Florida. Interment followed at the Pine Memorial Cemetery in Blountstown, Florida.
