Death: Samuel ""Tito"" Archuleta

Free at last, Thank God free at last.

Samuel "Tito" Archuleta, 54, passed away Oct. 27, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.He was born January 16, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Max J. Archuleta and Tonita Trujillo. He married Karen Rose Kramer (later divorced) in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 22, 1960.

He was an avid horseshoe pitcher and was in the hall of fame for horseshoe pitching. He loved the mountains, camping and fishing.

He is survived by a son, Ryan of Salt Lake City; daughter, Chana (Ken) Spomer, Syracuse, UT; brothers, Mike (Inez), Salt Lake City; Ivo (Maxine), Salt Lake City; sisters, Rita (Bennett) Stone, Salt Lake City; Lydia Martinez, San Jose, CA; six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by mother and father, and a nephew, Carlo.

Services will be held Saturday, November 1, 1997 at 11 a.m. at Deseret Memorial Mortuary, 36 East 700 South. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, and one hour prior to services. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
