Death: Myrtle E Williams DeCol

Our precious mother, Myrtle E Williams DeCol, quietly left this life surrounded by her loving family on October 28, 1997 in West Valley City.

Born August 5, 1915, Salt Lake City, to Charles Edward and Charlotte Elizabeth Howell Williams. Married Louis DeCol January 18, 1938, Salt Lake City, Utah. He preceded her in death in 1965.Myrtle was an active member of the LDS Church, having served in many callings in the church throughout her life.

Survivors, children, Barbara Stewart (Woody), Mary Walters, Joyce Hughes (Rich), Edith Hill (Richard), Maxine "Mickie" Lauber, and Richard DeCol; three stepsons, Keith, Earl, and LaMont DeCol; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren; brother, Verl W. "Bud" Williams. Also preceded in death by her grandchildren, Sheila, Jeff, Molly, Sonny Lynn, and Ricky; brothers, Kenneth, Grant, and Dick Williams.

Funeral services Saturday, Nov. 1, 12 noon, Rose Park 1st Ward, 760 North 1200 West, Salt Lake City. Friends and family may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Fri. 6-8 p.m. and at the ward on Sat. one hour prior to the services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
