Daniel M. Paquette (Dan), passed away November 8, 1997, after complications due to a sudden cardiac arrest.

Dan was born on March 31, 1946, in Putnum, Connecticut, to Rose Bessette Paquette and Maurice Paquette.Dan resided in Salt Lake for the last 19 years and worked as a dietary employee at Holy Cross Hospital, and most recently at Primary Children's Hospital. Dan enjoyed his family, his work and co-workers, meeting new friends and taking the UTA all across the Salt Lake Valley.

He is preceded in death by both parents and brother, Terrence (Terry).

He is survived by two sisters, Celeste Bernards (Barry) of Escalante, and Michelle Dunn (Scott) of Salt Lake; three brothers, Charles (Robin) Thompson of Conn., John of Pomfret Center, Conn., and Michael of Lisbon, Conn.; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the caring staff at Project Turn for assisting in improving Dan's quality of life over the past years and to the nurses and physicians in the CCU at the University Medical Center for their dedicated, professional care in the last few days of Dan's life.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Dan's name to Turn Community Services, 535 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84102.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 11, 1997, 1 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Interment, Grove Street Cemetery, Putnam, Connecticut.
