Lucile Pryor Noyce, age 79, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, died Nov 9, 1997 in Bountiful, Utah.
Mom was born June 20, 1918 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Edgar Lawrence and Rickie Ella Wagner Pryor. Mom married Wayne Noyce on April 29, 1938 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on April 29, 1942.Mom is survived by her husband and children: Kay Little, Kaysville; Tim (Carolyn), South Jordan; Janis (Norman) White, Sunset;
Joleen (DeWayne) Carli, Sandy; Garry (DeAnne), Riverton; Richard (Elaine), South Jordan; 16 grandchildren, including Joy Little and Jodie Noyce serving missions; five and 3/4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lawrence and Noel Pryor; and sister, Janice Howells.
Mom loved the Gospel of Jesus Christ and was active in the 26th Ward, serving in Relief Society for many years. She served a mission with dad in Winnipeg, Canada and as a worker in the Salt Lake Temple. Mom's grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy and light of her life.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 13, 1997 at 1p.m. at the Salt Lake Pioneer 26th Ward, 1145 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends may call at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday at the ward from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Burial will follow in the Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Rd.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ward Missionary fund.
