The Air Force has thanked Bob Hope for much more than the memories.

The 94-year-old comedian known for entertaining U.S. troops in faraway places has come to Florida almost every year for benefit shows for the Air Force Enlisted Widows and Dependents Foundation. The foundation returned the favor Saturday night with a performance in honor of Hope and his wife, Delores.

The two sat quietly on stage through nearly two hours of tributes, including videos of Hope's overseas tours. The couple then surprised the audience of 1,600 by closing the show with a duet.
