The Uinta National Forest is seeking public comments on a proposed revision of its forest management plan.

As part of the congressionally mandated update, the forest officials are taking an inventory of roadless areas. The Uinta National Forest will hold two meetings to solicit knowledge of such areas and answer questions.The first meeting will be Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Heber City Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center.

The second will be Thursday, Nov. 6, 6 to 9 p.m. in Provo at the Utah County Building, Room L900.
