Levar Beebe Myler, age 74, passed away November 1, 1997 at home.

Born August 4, 1923, in Magna, Utah to Charles and Mabel Beebe Myler. Married Thelma Johnson on June 28, 1949 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.He served a mission in the North Central States for the LDS Church and continued to be an active member throughout his life. Levar served in the U.S. Army and worked for the Summa Corp. from which he retired.

Survived by wife; children, Gordon (Virginia), Olive Branch, MS; Carolyn (Dennis) England, Salt Lake City; Bruce (Stella), West Valley; Joyce (Blane) Fredrick, Olive Branch, MS; 30 grand- and great-grandchildren; sister, Lyla Butler; and brother, Charles Myler.

Funeral services Wednesday, November 5, 1997, 12 noon, Big Cottonwood Stake Center, 1750 E. Spring Lane. Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State, and Wednesday, 11-11:45 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
