Our son was born July 29, 1970, and died of an accidental death on October 31, 1997.
Michael is the son of Micheal G. Kampros and Sherry Lee Bunker, stepfather Stephen B. Bunker. Graduate of Skyline High School, Class of 1989. Michael enjoyed the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, camping, hiking and golf. Michael was also very artistic in crafts, drawing and music. Michael had a genuine love for animals and people.He is survived by Micheal G. Kampros, Sherry (Stephen) Bunker; sisters, Willow Kampros (Marcelo Rapela), Autumn (Bobby) Fernandez, and Stephanie Bunker; brothers, Rocky Jones, Matt Bunker; niece, Olivia Lee Ellis; nephew, Dylan Fernandez; grandmother, Shirley Hampton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 5, 1997, at 12:30 p.m. at Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church, 5335 South Highland Drive. Friends may call Tuesday evening 7-8 p.m. at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 East, with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 p.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the homeless would be appreciated.
