These mixed-use housing projects include the development of an 81,000-square-foot warehouse on Pierpont Avenue in Salt Lake City into 23 living spaces and 35 studios, commercial space, a garden, a gallery, and office space for four Utah not-for-profit agencies.Goldsmith's newest project creates a mixed-use environment, with 140 units of housing and work space, a site for a Buddhist Temple, new headquarters for public radio station KRCL, a multicultural center, a theater, a child-care facility and playground, a number of other commercial spaces and underground parking. Many artists on the waiting list live in Provo.
