Carl Brinty Andersen, born July 28, 1917 in Granger, Utah, died Nov 2, 1997 in Bountiful.

He was the son of Charles Brinty and Annie M. Andersen. Carl married Ezma Fern Rosser, August 22, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was the best body and fender man in the valley, and throughout his life loved geology and fly fishing. He was also a miner. Carl was well loved by his children and grandchildren. He loved to tell jokes and talk to anybody he met.He is survived by his four children, Ray Carl Andersen (Linda), Salt Lake City; Bonnie Fern Dunn (Bruce), Ogden; Connie Jean Smith (Mark), Pierce City, MD; Darlene Bowman (Larry), Layton; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Ella Gardner and Emma Smith, and one brother, Aaron Anderson, all in Utah. He was preceded in death by his wife.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 7, 1997 at 11 a.m. at the Bountiful 39th Ward Chapel, 600 East 1500 South. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and again Friday morning 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment-Lakeview Memorial Estates.
