- Occasionally, there's justice in the ratings. On Sunday, ABC's "Cinderella" did very well and NBC's "House of Frankenstein 1997" bombed big time - it finished a weak fourth in its time slot. Ha, ha, ha.- Network-wannabe UPN has backed off from plans to debut a sci-fi movie franchise on Thursday nights in January. It's being delayed at least until the fall so UPN can try to strengthen the three nights it currently programs - and they need all the strengthening they can get.
