Arnold M. Jensen, 81, passed away on November 4, 1997.
He was born March 18, 1916 in Riverton, Utah to J. Marley Jensen and Mildred Blake. He married Madelyne Ence and together they raised six daughters and one son. He retired from Rio Grande Railroad and Kennecott Copper. He loved family gatherings, camping with the Good Sams Club and country western music.Survived by his wife, Madelyne; children: Anavon Baker (Pete), Salt Lake; Marlene Gerrard (Robert H.), Centerville; Kara Lee McAllister (John), Draper; Janet Glines (Robert L.), Bountiful; Helen Matson (Ron), Pocatello, Idaho; Carol Lee Wilson (Robert), West Jordan; Lynn A. Jensen (Toni), West Jordan; twin sisters, Nola Nelsen (Glen), Midvale; Lola Creason (Ray), Lexington, MO; 26 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Leroy and Donald Jensen; sister, Viola Creason.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, November 8, 1997 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Drive, where friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates.
