Paintings and prints by Colleen Lewis Parker will be on exhibit in the Works on Paper Gallery at the Springville Museum of Art through Nov. 30. The public is invited to meet the artist at a reception Sunday, Nov. 9, 4-6 p.m.

A featured artist in the 1988 issue of "The Artist's Magazine," Parker incorporates drawing, printmaking, collage and painting into her work. She is best-known for her miniature works in pastel over monotype.The SMA is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sunday, 3-6 p.m. On Wednesday, the museum stays open until 9 p.m.
