Randy Thomas Naves, 38, has been sent to prison for up to 30 years for sexually abusing four Salt Lake County boys.

Naves, a long-haul truck driver, gave 3rd District Judge Homer Wilkinson a list of reasons that he should not go to prison.Naves said he's responsible for two sons, a handicapped wife and an elderly father. And he goes to church, is a good father and wants therapy to control his pedophilic desires. But Wilkinson said Naves is a "significant risk to re-offend."

Naves threw sex parties in the sleeping compartment of his semi-tractor trailer for four Kearns-area boys, ages 11 and 12. After inviting the boys for a sleepover in April, Naves played strip poker with them, demonstrated how to use a condom and engaged in a sex act.
