Dennis Haslam, co-founder of the law firm Winder and Haslam, has been hired as president of the Sports and Entertainment and Real Estate divisions of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies.
Owner Larry H. Miller said Haslam will have operational responsibilities for the Utah Jazz, Delta Center, KJZZ-TV, Fanzz Stores, Larry H. Miller Advertising, Prestige Financial Services and Miller's real estate management and acquisitions.Even though he has left the Salt Lake law firm, it will continue to provide legal respresentation to the group.
Other management changes including the naming of Randy Rigby as vice president of Larry H. Miller Communications; Steve Tarber has been named chief financial officer for real estate and special projects and Jim Schoenfeld has been named director of automotive F&I.
Other additions include the hiring of Jerry Winter as director of the information services for the group and Dan Simons as director of real estate development.
Bryant Henrie will continue to supervise the group operations in Utah, Tony Schnurr will supervise automotive operations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Oregon and Clyde Wheeler will be the operations officer in Idaho.
