A 2-year-old girl sitting in a car with her parents was shot to death, a victim of a gunfight between rival gangs.

Priscilla Gutierrez was sitting in the car as her parents dropped off a friend when the shooting erupted at 11 p.m. Saturday, Officer Don Cox said. She was shot in the back and died at a nearby hospital."She was innocent. She didn't hurt nobody. She didn't know nothing," said the toddler's mother, 18-year-old Priscilla Zavala.

She said her boyfriend was shot in the hand with a bullet "that was supposed to hit me.. . . And then we left while they were still shooting."
