Fay Allred Chadwick, 90, passed away April 18, 1997, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born May 5, 1906, in Moab, Utah to Birten and Sarah Anna Johnson Allred. She is the oldest daughter of 13 children. Married Clifford Norrel Chadwick on January 24, 1927, in Salt Lake City, UT; he passed away June 9, 1953.Fay is a 1927 graduate of BYU. She managed one of the gift shops at the Salt Lake airport for 17 years. She was an active member of the LDS Church. Later in life because of her family being spread abroad she traveled quite extensively.

She will be greatly missed not only by her extended family but also by her many friends at Wasatch Manor where she lived for 19 years.

Beloved Mother of son, Clifford C. Chadwick, Bellevue, Washington; daughters, Colleen Chadwick, Portland, Oregon; Patricia C. Frew, Newport News, Virginia; Jillene C. Harvey, Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Survived by 12 Grandchildren, 12 Great-grandchildren; and loving sisters, Josephine Allred Prinster, Bountiful, Utah; Frieda Allred Hirst, Orem, Utah; Afton Allred Worley, Grand Junction, Colorado.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 22, 1997, 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Interment: American Fork city cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Paracelsus Hospice, 404 E. 4500 S. Suite A-24, Salt Lake City, UT 84107.
