Our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Dan Warren Talbot, age 86, passed away May 6, 1997, at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah, surrounded by his family.
Dan was born January 30, 1911, in Lemington, Utah, the son of John A. and Eva Cracroft Talbot. He married De Lora "Dee" Watson on May 16, 1929, in Ogden, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Dan leaves his family a wonderful legacy of love and family values. His big heart touched our lives and gave each one the example of caring for others. Dan was retired from the printing industry in which he worked for 50 years. Active member of the LDS Church where he served in several positions of service. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping. Dan was a kind and loving individual who was respected and admired by all who knew him. We love you and we'll miss you.Survived by his wife of 68 years, De Lora Watson; one son and two daughters, Dale (Bunny) Talbot, Bonnie (Rick) Bjornson, Barbara Menlove, and Mollie Dog, all of Salt Lake City, Utah; 10 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, May 12, 1997, 1 p.m., at the Highland View Ward, 2980 So. 2790 East. Friends may call Sunday eve. from 6-8 p.m., at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 So. 2300 East, and at the church on Monday for one hour prior to the services. Interment: Mt. View Memorial Estates. Directors: Holbrook Mortuary.
