Any kid - little or big - who's dreamed of being a police officer can get a glimpse of what that might be like Thursday in Sandy.
That's when the Sandy Police Department will hold its law enforcement day for community members. It will be held at South Towne Center, 10600 S. State, from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.The activities and displays include:
- Police service dog demonstrations.
- A SWAT equipment display.
- High-technology suspect computer composite demonstrations.
