Rising floodwaters have led to falling ticket prices for Barry Manilow's benefit concert in Fargo, N.D.

About 700 tickets sold in the first four hours after prices dropped from either $40.25 or $25.25 to a low $10 Wednesday morning. About 4,200 tickets had been sold up to then.Fargodome executive director Paul Johnson said the building can handle 9,000 fans and could be expanded to 12,000 if needed.

The concert planned for Wednesday will benefit flood victims.
