Doctors found a cancerous, plum-size tumor in actor Gary Busey's sinus cavity, and surgeons will remove the congenital growth this weekend.
The tumor was detected after the 52-year-old star began suffering severe nose bleeds, spokesman Jonathan Perry said Wednesday. Surgery was planned in Los Angeles Saturday.Busey, who has overcome problems with drugs and alcohol and survived a near-fatal motorcycle accident, said he was optimistic.
