Put daylight time to a vote

I would like to comment on Cyndy McMullin's letter on daylight-saving time. Daylight-saving time was not instituted to benefit outdoor workers, golfers or those who enjoy an extra hour of daylight. The reasons for introducing daylight-saving time no longer exist.

I say we put daylight-saving time to a vote in the next election, and if the majority votes against it, then it should be abolished.Ms. McMullin, the world does not revolve around you, your husband, and his job. I sincerely hope that you did not raise your four children to be as selfish and self-centered as you obviously are.
