Tryouts are Tuesday for `Rock Around Clock'

Tryouts for "Rock Around the Clock," the Rodgers Memorial Theatre's upcoming teen show, will be held on Tuesday, May 13, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the theater, 292 E. Pages Lane.

Those trying out for the all-teenage cast should come prepared to sing 16 bars of an upbeat song and demonstrate their dance ability.The show, scheduled to run Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday matinees from July 8 to Aug. 16, will include such rock hits as "Love Potion No. 9" and "Jailhouse Rock."
