Arline Wallace Bell, age 95, passed away Sept. 21, 1997 in Provo, Utah.
She was born March 13, 1902 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Henry D. and Susan Elizabeth Ellis Wallace. She received her education in the Salt Lake schools, graduating from West High School. She studied ballet and taught at the McCune School of Music. She married Clifford James Bell on August 18, 1922 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was active in the Primary, serving as president in the ward and on the stake board. She served a Temple Mission with her husband in London, England. She was an ordinance worker in the Salt Lake Temple until 1993.She is survived by: three children, Beth (Marion) Brady, Provo; Wallace (Lavene), Bellevue, Washington; David (Gail), Orem; 12 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, and a granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. in the Bryan Ward Chapel, 1621 South 1100 East. Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East So. Temple, Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and at the church one hour before the service. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery.
