Winter must be waning - or so it must seem to window washers working on the Eagle Gate tower in downtown Salt Lake City. But they soon may be seeing spots as the mild temperatures give way to more winter-like weather. A chance of rain or snow is forecast today, turning to snow later. Highs will be in the 40s with lows in the lower 30s.
