Assistant Police Chief Larry Stott speaks to the media Friday morning at 1500 S. State about the use of six billboards being donated by Reagan Signs to advertise the reward offered for help in solving the Anna Palmer murder case. The 10-year-old Salt Lake girl was stabbed to death on Sept. 10. The billboard at the 1500 S. State location will be in place for 30 days.
