Tracy Aviary's Fall Bird Feeding Festival will provide answers to these and other backyard bird feeding questions from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today."Backyard birding is one of America's most popular activities, second only to gardening," said Betsy Price, the aviary's curator of education.
Admission to the aviary, located in Liberty Park, and to the festival is free.
