Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat joins Russian President Boris Yeltsin in the Kremlin Thursday for talks on Moscow's role in the Mideast peace process. Meanwhile on Thursday, Gennady Seleznyov, the Communist speaker of Russia's Duma, said he favors a national referendum on whether Yeltsin should stay in office. But Yeltsin insisted he'll complete his term, which ends in 2000.
