In loving memory, David Lamonte Jensen, 50 our beloved husband, father, son and brother, passed away November 29, 1998.
Born December 30, 1947 in Logan, Utah to Keith and Pearl Jensen Married Carole L. Taylor 1969. Divorced. Married Jan L. Anderson Hanks, 1997Masters degree in Theatre. Four year Navy veteran. He loved the great outdoors, being with his family and spending time with his children. He will always be remembered for his beautiful voice and his true passion for acting.
Survived by his wife, Jan; children, Jesse Taylor Jensen, Anna Maren Jensen, Ryker Jensen; father and mother; brother, Rick (Mary) Jensen and sister, Terrie (Allen) Bryant. Also birth father Ervin Lehman and family of Logan.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, December 3, 1998 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Drive where friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services.
