Killed were:Jenny Whittaker, 19, Henefer, Summit County.

Tammy Whittaker, 14, Henefer.

According to the patrol, Raddetz apparently fell asleep at the wheel around 6:20 a.m. about three miles east of Walcott. The car rolled into the median about three times.

Raddetz was wearing a seatbelt, but the other three were not.

"It's increasingly obvious in our statistics that one-vehicle rollovers are the most deadly type of crash we have," Sgt. Carl McDonald said. "Eighty-four percent of the people killed in those types of accidents were not restrained."

The accident brought the number of fatalities on Wyoming's roads and highways this year to 143, compared to 123 at the same time last year.
