The moon rises over Salt Lake City Wednesday after another day of balmy weather. And Utah's capital has a good shot at another record high for Thursday, according to Weather Service meteorologist William J. Alder. But that is expected to soon change. A slow-moving storm is rumbling south from Idaho, promising to bring rain turning to snow. The front should enter Utah's extreme northwest Thursday afternoon and reach Salt Lake City by sunrise Friday.
