Mail order requests for tickets to next summer's seven-week run of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera" will be available Monday.

Order forms will be published in Sunday's Deseret News as well as major daily newspapers throughout the region, including southern Idaho and western Wyoming. "Phantom" will run June 3-July 18 at the Capitol Theatre.According to Magicworks West, which is bringing the production to Salt Lake City under the auspices of its Theater League of Utah, mail order forms will also be available online at www.slc.magicwrks.com and in person from the Theater League's box office at 419 E. 100 South.

Patrons are asked to list three choices for a performance date, along with the requested performance time and ticket price. There is also a $6 service fee per order. Those ordering by mail must also send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive their tickets.
