Our beloved mother and grandmother passed away in Midvale, Utah on November 23, 1998.
Millie was born on February 3, 1922 in Gays Mills, Wisconsin, and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. Millie spent her adult years in San Francisco, California and then in West Covina, California. The last nine months of her life were spent in Sandy, Utah, with her daughter, Pamela Purvis and granddaughter, Kaija. Millie will be remembered in this life for her total devotion to her family, her enthusiasm for life and her sweet friends that she touched day in and day out with complete kindness and unconditional love. Her many years of service and love for others will be her lasting legacy.My sincere love and thanks are extended to Sandy Regional Health Center Staff, as they helped care for my mother in her last months of life. A special thanks for the kindness and time of Dr. Melinda McAnulty, in caring for my mother and sincere family support.
