The Okazaki Japan Stake has been created by Elder L. Edward Brown of the Seventy. The stake includes the Kariya, Okazaki 1st and 2nd, Toyohashi and Toyota wards, and the Nonami branch.

Elsewhere, stakes have been reorganized in Chile and Japan, and in Arizona, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
