Bennett is keynote at Y2K forum Dec. 16 at Salt Palace

Senate Y2K watchman Sen. Bob Bennett, R-Utah, is the scheduled keynote speaker at a free Y2K seminar for business scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Salt Palace Convention Center from 8 a.m. to noon.

Bennett, chairman of the Senate Special Committee on the Year 2000, will join three other industry experts at the seminar, titled "Countdown to 2000: Preparing Your Business for Y2K."Zions Bank, the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & McRae and the professional services firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers are sponsoring the seminar.
