In memory of a kind, loving mother and wife, Violeta L. Mena Bosen, age 43, passed away on December 1, 1998, in Woods Cross, Utah.
She was born January 29, 1955 in Lima, Peru, to Erasmo Mena and Elena Lopez. She married David Bosen, they were later divorced. Violeta was an intelligent, gentle, giving, and beautiful human being. She had a passion for learning. Her curiosity for new knowledge had no end. She had an unconditional love for her family and all human beings. She gave freely and without expecting anything in return.She is survived by her former husband, David Bosen; three daughters, Ginger Bosen, Heather Bosen, and Elizabeth Bosen, all of Salt Lake; mother, Elena Lopez; brothers and sisters: Maximo, Salvador, Felix, Brigrida, Marcelino, Julia, Alicia, and Irene.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 1998, at 12 noon in the Mountain View 1st Ward (1400 So. 1900 E.) Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary (255 S. 200 E.) and Wednesday at the Ward 10:45-11:45 a.m.. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the family or funeral home to help with expenses.
