The owner of an escort agency is facing charges that he shared in the profits when his employees had sex with clients.

The man, owner of Cinderella's Escorts, 2225 S. 500 East, would tell employees to falsify credit card reports by listing tours or limousine rides as the services provided, prosecutors allege. Four employees admitted to investigators they had sex with clients and shared the profits with the defendant, according to the charges filed in 3rd District Court Tuesday.He would also "test" potential employees by having sex with them, prosecutors allege. Former employees said he kept a list of clients on a computer file.

Kim C. Jensen, 48, faces one count of unauthorized factoring of a credit card sales draft, a second-degree felony, and four counts of exploiting prostitution, a third-degree felony.
