Death: Vera T. Schultz

Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, Vera Treharne Schultz, 94, returned to her Heavenly Father, Monday, February 9, 1998.

Born February 23, 1900, in Salt Lake City, the daughter of William H. and Mary Cooper Treharne. She married Glenn Merrill Schultz, June 29, 1927, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple by President Joseph Fielding Smith. Together they were blessed with a daughter, Barbara (Don) Westenskow, and three sons, William T. (Jane) Schultz, G. Merrill (Carolyn) Schultz, and David T. (Evelyn) Schultz. She was a kind, gentle and compassionate lady who always thought of others ahead of herself. She was active in the LDS Church, serving children in Sunday School and Primary. Her highest calling was being a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She loved and enjoyed her family, passing from this life to the next, surrounded by loved ones. Her prayerful, sweet heart will be missed by all. "God be with you, till we meet again."Vera is survived by her sister, Ina (Milton) Branden; her four children; 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; sister, June; three brothers, Alma, Bill and Glen, and a grandson, Michael J. Westenskow.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 1998, 11 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
