Death: Wallace H. Hansen

Wallace "Wally" Hopkin Hansen, 69, passed away Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born April 20, 1928 in Coalville, Utah to Edward Leland and Cora Hopkin Hansen. He married Agnes Emajean Allen on Sept. 5, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple. He graduated from North Summit High School and Weber State College. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea and retired from Holnam Inc. in 1991 after 37 years. He was a High Priest in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints having served in the Young Men's program, scouting and as an ordinance worker in the Ogden Temple.Surviving are his wife Emajean; daughters, Merna (Gregory) West, Hawthorne, Nevada; Janet (Ronald) Duggar, Sandy, Utah; son, W. Allen (Michelle) Hansen, Big Lake, Alaska, and 11 grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Evert, Yakima, Washington; Rollo, Indianapolis,Indiana; sisters, Dorthy Hansen and Louisa Myers both of Salt Lake.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 14, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Coalville Stake Chapel. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 268 South Main, Coalville, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
