First things first - David Walls and Melissa Dargavell are going to prison for their interstate shootout with police. But they're going as husband and wife.
Circuit Judge Max Gors did the sentencing and then the marrying Tuesday, joking: "I sentenced them to life."Walls, 21, was sentenced to 15 years and Dargavell, 18, to nearly 10 years. The two Kentucky natives admitted to their roles in the shootout last summer on I-90: Walls pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder, his sweetheart to two counts of aggravated assault.
"After the sentencing, they said they wanted to get married, and I did that," Gors said.
