Death: Senith Pugh Haycock

Senith Pugh Haycock, 73, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, died Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at her home with her children.

Senith was born April 24, 1924 to Edward Kelly and Annie Englestead Pugh of Kanab. She married Thomas Kirk Haycock, of Panguitch, October 1, 1941, in the St. George LDS Temple. They moved and spent the rest of their lives in the Salt Lake area. Her life was devoted in the loving care of her family and friends. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed serving where she was needed. Music was a favorite talent that she enjoyed sharing. She was our Earth Angel and will be greatly missed.Preceded in death by husband, Kirk, and daughter, Mary Schaffer. She is survived by her son, Douglas Haycock; six daughters, Judy Lange (Ron), LaRee Kalmar (Paul), Margo Platt (Bill), Robyn Tiffany (Greg), Linda Pace Alimbalis (Nickos), and Joy Archuleta (Charles); sister, Edna Smith; brothers, Robert Pugh and Kelly Pugh; 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Senith and her children wish to thank all the home health care providers for all their kindness, service, and love.

Viewing will be Monday 6-8 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, and one hour prior to funeral services. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Ward, 445 E. Harvard Ave. (1110 So.), Salt Lake City.
