A Brooklyn man died and another man was wounded in a shootout early Sunday outside a Brooklyn nightclub, the police said.
The shooting occurred after an argument between two groups of men at 3 a.m. in a club on Madison Street and Central Avenue in Bushwick, Officer Robert Samuel said. The groups went outside and shots were fired.Derrick McLean, 22, was shot in the back. He was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital Center. Chris Stokley, whose age was not immediately available, was wounded in the left arm and was in stable condition at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, Samuel said.
Sunday night, no arrests had been made or weapons found. The cause of the dispute was unclear, the officer said.
