Man in videotaped shootout OKs plea bargain before trial

One of two brothers charged in a widely shown videotaped shootout with police pleaded guilty Friday to three charges in a plea agreement three days before he was to go on trial.

Chevie Kehoe, 24, entered guilty pleas in Clinton County Common Pleas Court to the attempted murder of a police officer, felonious assault and carrying a concealed weapon. Prosecutors dropped eight other charges against him.Outside the court, Kehoe denied allegations by his brother Cheyne, 21, that he was involved in the bombing of a federal building - presumed to be the 1995 bombing in Oklahoma City.
