PIANIST PIERCE KAGARI EMATA will present a free concert at the Provo Tabernacle on Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Provo Arts Council.

- THE BEL CANTO WINTERFEST CONCERT is Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. in the Roy High School little theater, 2150 W. 4800 South in Roy. The concert will range from renaissance to jazz, and admission is free.- BYU FACULTY BARITONE CLAYNE ROBISON will present a recital of "Sacred Art Songs of the Latter-day Saints," in the Madsen Recital Hall at BYU. Admission is free.

- THE T.S. MONK BAND with Thelonius Monk Jr., will celebrate 80 years since the jazz great's birth on Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kent Concert Hall, Chase Fine Arts Center, USU campus. The concert will feature a never recorded Monk composition. Tickets are $12-$15 for adults, youth (6-18) $6 and 48 and students with ID, $4 at the door. Call 435-797-1732 for more information.

- THE TALICH STRING QUARTET will appear at the Harrison Auditorium, Eccles Conference Center on the USU campus in Logan on Feb. 26 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults, $5 for students; children under 8 not admitted.

- BRAZILIAN FLUTIST TADEU COEHLO, is featured guest for the Utah Flute Association and Westminster College Concert Series. The concert is Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Nunemaker Place. Tickets are $10, $5 for students and senior citizens and $3 for members of the Utah Flute Association. Call 562-5420 for reservations.

- WINNERS OF THE ANNUAL LDS CHURCH MUSIC CONTEST and the Orem Institute of Religion Latter-Day Show Choir will perform on Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Temple Square Assembly Hall. The concert is free to those 8 and up.

- THE LIVING LEGENDS will take to the stage at the de Jong Concert Hall, BYU, on Feb. 27-28 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $9, $2 off for BYU or student ID.
