Anna Nicole Smith's altercation with an employee at the Sunset Boulevard hotel led to a citizen's arrest.
The former Guess? model and former Playboy centerfold was taken into custody Friday night after being placed under arrest by security officers at the hotel in Beverly Hills. Police arrested her for investigation of battery and released her two hours later."The female identified as Vicki Lynn Marshall, also known as Anna Nicole Smith, became involved in an altercation with hotel staff," police Lt. Ed Kreins said in a statement.
Smith, 30, is scheduled to appear in Beverly Hills Municipal Court on March 23. No further details were available.
