A federal judge has ordered Larry Wayne Harris returned to Ohio to face charges of violating his probation after separate charges of possessing deadly anthrax were dismissed.

U.S. Magistrate Robert Johnston on Tuesday also denied a request that Harris be freed pending the Ohio hearing, which must be held within 10 days. He said Harris was a flight risk.Harris, 46, of Lancaster, Ohio, and William Leavitt Jr., 47, of Las Vegas were arrested last week on charges of conspiracy and possession of a biological agent, alleged to be anthrax, for use as a weapon.
