Ellsworth Cisco "Tudie" Collins, 73, passed away February 24, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born January 19, 1925 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, the son of Virgina Rebecca Bolton and Walter Nathaniel Collins. Married Norma Fay Wright, December 12, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Served in the Navy during World War II; life time member of Salt lake Bowling Assoc., member of Salt Lake Moose Lodge.Survived by his wife, Salt Lake City; children: Leonard W. (Bonnie) Collins, West Jordan; J. Kristine Anderson, Manteca, CA; Janet K. (Bert) Smith, Dewey, AZ; Stephen J. (Ilene) Collins, West Valley City; Norma J. (Rick) Rieger, West Jordan; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, W. LeGrande (Rosemary) Collins, Salt Lake City; Edwin L. (Opal) Collins, West Valley City; and one sister, Linda Rae Jones, Sandy. Preceded in death by parents, son, Ellsworth Cisco Collins II, and son-in-law, David "Dub" Anderson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, 1 p.m. at the Bryan Ward, 1700 So. 1100 East. Friends may call Friday, 7-9 p.m. at Memorial Estates, 5850 So. 900 East and on Saturday one hour prior to services at the church. Interment Holladay Memorial Park.
